Our gala wouldn’t be complete without 2 very important parts… the MUSIC and the MENU!
Leading our Social Dancing section of the evening is one of the tri-state area’s FAVORITE social dance DJs – David Ho!
David is formatting our music selections with YOU in mind! We are alternating Ballroom & Latin music at the proper tempo with social and night club music intermixed throughout. That’s right Ballroom dancers… there will be no shortage of Ballroom music to dance to!
And for the Latin dancers… the energy will be electric all night long with live percussion from the one and only Eddie Melendez!
And since you’ll be burning so many calories dancing the night away, enjoy our luxurious, 4-course plated dinner including a champagne toast, passed hors d’oeuvres, burrata & tomato salad, blackened sea bass, filet mignon, cheesecake, and coffee & tea! WOW! We are hungry just thinking about it…
