The venue and the atmosphere were fantastic as always. Great music and great judging panels. But there were a few serious issues to address.
Cash only rule at the registration created a lot of mess and frustration. People don’t carry cash nowadays and the atm downstairs was broken. Also rushing through the categories because of delays was not very nice. Our student danced Mambo for 48 seconds in her scholarship, and our professional division felt like “let’s quickly get it over with”, together with less than 20 min break between semi and the final which violates the rules.
